HP Management, Inc. (HPM) manages 180

apartment units in the Edwardsville, Glen

Carbon, area. These units are all within 10

minutes of SIU-E Campus and only 30

minutes to downtown St. Louis, Missouri. All

units have easy access to I-270, I-55 and

I-255. An ideal location in the Metro East

area. The units consist of one, two and

three bedroom apartments and townhouses.

HPM employs a full time apartment manager

and a supervisor, together they have over 15 years of experience in the management of apartments in the Edwardsville area. A maintenance supervisor and two additional maintenance employees assist the apartment manager. In addition, during peak seasons, additional contractors are utilized.

HPM strives to maintain a clean well maintained apartment at a reasonable cost. We encourage all residents to help maintain a friendly neighborhood environment. We strive to provide a well-maintained apartment, by doing preventive maintenance. When any resident needs maintenance, we strive to respond and fix the problem within 24 hours. At times, the project may require more than 24 hours, but that is the exception.
