we will not be renewing our lease. We have enjoyed renting from you,
and couldn't ask for better landlords, or a nicer apartment. We are
both just moving in new and different directions. We want to thank
you for everything; the community we lived in was always kept up,
clean, and friendly. We are sorry that we are unable to renew our
lease. We will have the apartment cleaned and keys turned in to you
